Launch of the 18th edition of the International Tourism Marketing Days in Algeria

The eighth edition of the International Tourism Marketing Study Days was inaugurated today in Algiers, at the El Aurassi Hotel, under the patronage of the Ministry of Tourism and Handicrafts, organized by Rh International Communication, spanning two days under the theme: "Connected, Sustainable, and Smart Tourism".

These days have created a conducive environment for exchanging ideas and discussing the major challenges facing the tourism sector, as well as reviewing the latest studies and practices in the field of tourism marketing.

The event saw substantial participation from representatives of public institutions and tourism sector actors, alongside journalists and experts, as well as the presence of a representative from the Minister of Tourism and Traditional Crafts, and Algerian state television channels.

Today's first day featured several contributions from domestic and international participants and experts, focusing on ways to enhance Algeria's tourism potential, especially in thermal tourism, while underscoring the importance of digitization in developing tourism marketing, as well as the need to encourage investment in the tourism sector and boost Algeria as a tourism destination.
