The American press delegation concludes its exploratory trip in Annaba

On the last day of the exploratory trip, the American press delegation headed to Annaba province, the jewel of eastern Algeria.

The first stop of the tour was a visit to Fath El Rezeg Beach, located in the heart of the city of Annaba, where the journalists enjoyed the blue sea and the scenic seaside views. The tour was followed by a visit to Razi Omar Beach, one of the city's most prominent local tourist destinations.

Then, the group headed to the city center to explore its cultural landmarks, visiting the Annaba Regional Theatre, where they received detailed explanations about its history and cultural and artistic roles.

The tour also included a visit to the Church of Saint Augustine, this religious and historical site that embodies the depth of Christianity in the region, followed by a trip to Jnan el Bey beach, and then to the Park Hotel to enjoy the stunning sea views that characterize the location.

Then, the delegation had lunch at the Sebous hotel, where they were served traditional Beni-Abdellah dishes reflecting the diversity and authenticity of the local cuisine.

The tour concluded in an atmosphere filled with authenticity and heritage, featuring a traditional evening held at the Bay House in the Old City. Thus, the media visit, led by the ABC7 American news team, came to an end after an exploratory journey through several Algerian governorates, during which they experienced the diversity of the country's tourism and cultural assets.

Members of the delegation expressed their astonishment at the beauty of Algeria and the diversity of its natural landscapes, ranging from the sea to the desert, as well as at the richness of its historical and cultural heritage, praising the warmth of welcome and the hospitality shown at every stop.

They also praised the efforts made by the Ministry of Tourism and Handicrafts and all the participating agencies, which provided them with a unique opportunity to discover a promising tourist destination blending tradition with modernity.

The delegation emphasized, at the end of its visit, that Algeria possesses all the prerequisites to become one of the leading tourist destinations in the Mediterranean and African regions, thanks to its cultural diversity, natural beauty, and rich human heritage reflecting its welcoming spirit and rich history.
