The delegation began its program with a visit to the Algerian Center for Cultural Heritage, built from clay, where they observed traditional techniques used in Saharan construction.
It was followed by a visit to the traditional Timimoun market, a vibrant space reflecting daily life among the locals, and the tour continued in the Timimoun region with a visit to the Sbha Lake, one of the most beautiful natural sites in the area.
The tour also included visits to Tala El-Saheera and the Palm Oasis in Timimoun, and the morning activities concluded with a traditional meal at the village of Al-Janani Al-Malik. In the evening, recreational and exploratory activities continued, as the group experienced quad bike (4x4) riding across the dunes, alongside a scenic 4x4 vehicle tour, amidst breathtaking desert landscapes.
They also enjoyed riding camels and sandboarding in an atmosphere filled with adventure and fun.
They also had the opportunity to enjoy the traditional Saharan tea amidst peaceful atmosphere under a sky studded with stars.
Today was concluded with a traditional dinner served inside a specially prepared desert tent.
